This service offers people an opportunity to work on a job in the Community assisted by a Trained Job Coach. The Job Coach will help the person learn to perform Job Duties, Problem-Solve and provides Transportation to and from the work site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of the people supported by GCS, Inc. are gainfully employed in one or more jobs in their Community and are enjoying the benefits of earning wages and developing new relationships with co-workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
GCS continues to seek integrated Community Employment for any that are interested. GCS Promotes integrated Supported Employment as the persons first Day Service Option. The focus is in educating people on Support Employment opportunities while in their Community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
